Cyber Truck Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Cyber Truck Giveaway! By participating in this giveaway, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
 
2. Eligibility
2.1 Participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years old as of the entry date.
2.2 Employees of Sun Solar LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2.3 Participants must purchase a solar energy system from Sun Solar LLC to be considered in the drawing.
 
3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM CST on July 25th 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM CST on May 24, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).
 
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the online entry form available here, during the Entry Period. Only one entry per person is allowed.
4.2 Participants must provide accurate and complete information, including name, email address, phone number, and any other requested details.
4.3 Participants must purchase a solar energy system from Sun Solar LLC to be considered in the drawing.

5. Winner Selection
5.1 One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on May 25, 2025.
5.2 The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. The winner must respond within ten (10) business days to claim the prize.

6. Prize
6.1 The prize is one (1) Cyber Truck. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Sun Solar LLC. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Sun Solar LLC’s discretion.
6.2 The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Use of Information
7.1 By entering the giveaway, participants agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from Sun Solar LLC. Participants can opt out of receiving these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communication.
7.2 Participants agree that Sun Solar LLC may use their name, likeness, and any other information provided in connection with the giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Legal Disclaimers
8.1 Sun Solar LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sun Solar LLC’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.
8.2 Sun Solar LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.
8.3 By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sun Solar LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
8.4 This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Missouri having jurisdiction.
