Chiefs Football Ticket Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Chiefs Football Ticket Giveaway! By entering this giveaway, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before entering.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and own a home in either Illinois, Missouri or Kansas.

2.2 Employees of Sun Solar LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in this giveaway.

2.4 No purchase is necessary to enter.

2.5 The purchase of any product or service offered by Sun Solar, LLC will not increase the odds of winning.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway commences at 12:00 AM CST on September 1, 2024, and concludes at 11:59 PM CST on October 25th 2024 (the “Entry Period”).

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter the giveaway, participants must fill out the online entry form and get a free solar quote from Sun Solar during the Entry Period.  Limit one entry per person.

4.2 All entries must include valid and complete information such as name, email address, phone number, and any other information as requested on the form.

5. Winner Selection

5.1 One winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The selection will take place on October 25th, 2024.

5.2 The winner will be notified to the email and/or phone number that was provided in the registration within 3 business days of the drawing. The winner must respond within 3 business days to claim the prize.

5.3 A list of winners may be obtained by contacting the administrator in writing.

6. Prize

6.1 The prize consists of two (2) tickets to a Kansas City Chiefs home game. The specific game and seating will be on November 4th, 2024. The seats are in Section 324, Row 36, Seat 3 and 4.

6.2 The retail value of the tickets is $404.38.

6.3 The prize is non-transferable. All expenses related to the acceptance or use of the prize not specified herein as provided are the sole responsibility of the winner, including travel and accommodation expenses.

6.4 The winner shall be subject to all state and federal taxation associated with winning the prize as required under the law.

7. Use of Information

7.1 By participating, entrants consent to receive promotional materials from Sun Solar LLC. Entrants can opt-out of receiving these materials at any time by simply entering their phone number in the Do Not Contact form located at the bottom of our website.

7.2 Entrants agree that Sun Solar LLC may use their name, likeness, and other information provided for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration, unless prohibited by law.

8. Legal Disclaimers

8.1 Sun Solar LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any problem prevents the giveaway from being conducted as planned.

8.2 Sun Solar LLC is entitled to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

8.3 Entrants release Sun Solar LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this giveaway or any giveaway-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder.

8.4 This giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

8.5. The odds of winning are based on the number of applications which are received during the eligibility period and cannot be determined until that time.
